Clothes Maketh A (Wo)Man... Or So They Say

So I have a decent height. Love it too. But... there is always a but there ain't it?

I am a t-shirt person. Left to me, tees and a pair of jeans would be world uniform, which it almost already is.

However, there is a little catch. I can not find tees that I would feel like wearing.

I am picky about my clothes, just like any other female. I have a penchant for soft colours, and I like simple and elegant stuff. Bling ain't me. It never can be me or will be me. I was told - "You don't really rock bling do you?" And my answer, if it is still a surprise to anyone was a flat out no.

Going tee shirt shopping is quite a chore for me. I do not like shopping in the first place itself. Too many people, too little space. And the pace is S.L.O.W. Why? I mean it ain't a garden for God's sake. Get what you want and get out. Simple and easy enough. But no, they will walk slower than a snail. They will be lazy and look at things that they do not want to and will not buy. Blah!

Anyways getting back to tees. Now atlaest at work, I want my t-shirt to cover my torso. I do not want my belly button showing or my back on display. Not at work for sure. Also, I do not want funky colours. Fuschia? Are you high off of mushrooms? Or did you just finish a bottle of Vodka?

Also, look at the messages on the t-shirts. Again, I love captioned tees. So I am not going to turn my nose up at them. But bebe will never be seen on my t-shirts. Or juicy on my pajama bottoms for that matter. And why only grays and browns? There are other colours on this earth. Pick something nice and feminine and I will lap it up.

Agreed I have a weird body, but then please, make something for me. I need something long enough to cover me, but not swallow me. I do not want a tee that goes all the way upto my thighs. Or want tees whose shoulders are way off - either too small or too big.

Yeah, you can see I am frustrated with the choices or the lack of choices there of when it comes to clothes. But hey, it is a valid issue and I am allowed to cry over it.
